This 1-day workshop details the development of Lean Six Sigma principles, the business case for Lean Six Sigma, and the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The workshop also covers practical ways to select Lean Six Sigma tools and how to create effective organizational behaviors that will help the Lean Six Sigma approach be successfully deployed in your organization with demonstrable benefits. The class is taught by a Master Black Belt that has over 20 yrs. experience teaching, and mentoring as well as practical hands on experience implemeting LSS across various industries and organizations.
Candidate Qualifications
There are no specific candidate requirements for this particular course. Typical participants include Executives, Directors, Senior Managers, Operations Managers, Senior Technologists, Design and Process Engineers, Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts from many types of organizations.
Participants Will Learn
§ The history of Lean Six Sigma deployment
§ What the Lean Six Sigma tools are and how they differ from traditional Six Sigma approaches
§ How to effectively deploy Lean Six Sigma in an organization
§ How to sustain the Lean Six Sigma program subsequent to deployment

§ No software is required for this course.
This class is held for one full day and includes the certification exam at the end of the class. All participants upon successfully passing the final exam (75% or better) will receive a certificate and verifiable certification.
