* Topic: Oracle RAC on Solaris 10 with Sun Cluster and Sun ZFS Storage Appliances
* Speaker: Mike Sweeney, Sun Microsystems
* Abstract: This meeting, we will demonstrate how you can deploy Oracle RAC on Solaris using Sun Cluster and Logical Domains. We will include the ZFS and OpenSolaris-based Sun ZFS Storage Appliances as our backing storage for the implementation. Many customers are finding this configuration to be a particularly appealing way to deploy enterprise-quality and enterprise-scale database systems. We will also briefly talk about new developments in OpenSolaris and Solaris.
